Before Czech director František Čáp shot the film Vesna in 1953, forever cementing his place in Slovenian film history, he had already directed 16 feature films, most of them in his native Czech Republic. The exhibition, created as part of the retrospective František Čáp: Czech Period, juxtaposes the director's two most productive periods: Czech and Slovenian. The exhibition features glimpses of his rich film oeuvre – photographs from his seven Czech and five Slovenian films, which will be on display at the Slovenian Cinematheque.
