The exhibition Karpo Godina | Film Imaginary, dedicated to one of the most original and visually daring directors and cinematographers of Slovenian and Yugoslav cinema, is about to close soon. Only until 30 March, you have the opportunity to walk through the unique world of Karpo Godina and discover the backstage of his creative filmmaking.
To make the experience even more special, we have prepared two special guided tours:
- 6 March at 18.00 – Karpo Godina himself will guide you through the exhibition! A unique opportunity to hear first-hand behind-the-scenes stories and an insight into his film poetics.
- 27 March at 18.00 – a guided tour with the exhibition curators Kristina Ravnikar and Matevž Jerman, who will reveal even more details about certain exhibition pieces, the archival treasures and the creative process of the great master.
We would also like to remind you that together with the Fotografija Gallery, we have published a catalogue rich in text and images to accompany the exhibition, which you can buy in our museum shop or at the Slovenian Cinematheque box office during the opening hours.
